Interlacing objects

I made two circles overlap each other. It took me probably 15 minutes and I finished it fairly easily. When you add a inner bevel it makes them look very cool. When you group as a mask with a bevel the new part tries to have its own bevel. So you have to flatten the object so the bevel goes together and looks neat.

3D Text

The 3d text was easy you just have to use the pen tool and make them all the same color. What i did was made the letter D in 3D form. It was hard to make sure there were no gaps in between the colors. Overall this is a fairly simple and cool skill.

Rubber Stamp Tool

This is a tool to help you get rid of something unwanted in between a pattern. It took me a while but overall it was fairly simple. You have to make sure you watch where the cross-hair is because that is where its copying. Its difficult to make sure that the pattern stays the same throughout it.

How to make a cool banner and texts

This was fairly easy you just have to know how to adjust where the items are in the layers so they are appropriately aligned. I made a banner using my name, initials, and nickname. This is very useful for companies or organizations that want to make a cool banner for their name. If you know how to use the distort tool then this shouldn't be too hard.

Polygon Lasso tool

I cut out Yao Mings face and replaced it with a young Nathen Foth, then i grouped them and put it in a party scene and blurred the background. It is difficult to just blur the background without your object but the tutorial shows you how. The polygon lasso tool is very simple though and efficient.

Make a Rubber Stamp

Your suppose to make a text/image that resembles a rubber stamp. I made my stamp a "Denied" stamp instead of the usual approved. All you need to mainly know to finish this is, how to make the texture different, tilt it, and adjust the thickness.

Removing backgrounds/How to make a text mask over a image

I typed the word enviornment in bubble letters, then i replaced the inside with a picture of leaves. You have to know how to use text mask over to get the leaves inside of the bubble letters. It is kinda hard to use the text mask tool, but with the tutorial its accomplishable.

Line Graphics Tween

I made a basic star shape into multiple shadowed stars in a row with a blur color affect. It is rather difficult to make the stars color variate in a different order. But its easy to tween the stars and make them all in a row.

3D box

I made a 3D box with the top off and Bob the Builder popping out of it. It was pretty simple accept for getting the guy inside the box and making it look real. But using different transparencies and colors makes making the 3D box pretty simple.

Banner

I made a cool colorful banner like the tutorial showed. I finished it fairly easily. The only difficulty i really came by was the tutorial was rather bad i thought. But using the paint bucket and texture tools made this assignment easier.

Animation

I made a smiley face that jumped across the page. It was a pretty simple project to finish. The only problems i saw was making the directions the smiley face move the same direction you wanted it to go. The easiest part was obviously making the smiley face. :D
